Itinerary:
Day 1: Transfer from Tehran to Polour
Transfer from Tehran to Polur (3 hours), starting the trek from the Southface at an altitude of 2500m toward the West.
Drive distance: 88 km on road, 2-3 hours
Trek time: 9-10 hours
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Day 2: Trekking to Dagh Plain Located North-West of Damavand
Trekking on a steep trail up to Dagh plain in the Northwest face of Damavand at altitude 3650m then trekking down to the Nandal plain in the Northeast face, reaching Chamanbon Base Camp.
Trek time: 8-9 hours

Accommodation: Tent Camp
Day 3: Trekking to Nandal Village and Drive Back to Tehran
After breakfast start trekking to Nandal, we will see and photograph the view of the large glaciers north of Damavand. With a happy heart that has been obtained from turning around Damavand, we anticipate that we will drive to Tehran through Haraz Road.
